Refunds: Deposits are fully refundable until April 1, 2026. After that date, deposits are non-refundable, as commitments and costs will have already been made. If your spot is filled from the waitlist, we are happy to refund the deposit minus any unrecoverable expenses.

If you’re unable to attend after March 1, you may also choose to gift your spot to another participant, including someone from the scholarship waitlist or someone in your personal network, subject to facilitator approval to ensure the retreat remains a good fit.
