When we’re stressed, our survival strategies kick in and we can forget how essential and healthy relationships — and the mindfulness that supports them — are to happiness and freedom.

We all have internal working models — beliefs and expectations about ourselves, others, and our place in the world. These inform all our relationships: with ourselves, lovers, partners, collaborators, friends, those we seek guidance from. Skills and beliefs we learned as children shape us throughout our lives and across our relationships in subtle and often unconscious ways.
How can mindfulness help us see and shift these internal working models so we can move towards deeper fulfillment and greater connection? And how can a path of classical awakening be used to move towards a fulfilling life?
In this program, we will explore mindfulness strategies to identify and transform our relational selves, and move towards deeper fulfillment. This space will also provide the opportunity to connect with others interested in personal, interpersonal, and social transformation.
