There’s a common misunderstanding that meditation is about stopping yourself from thinking. This misconception leads so many people to believe they’re “bad” at meditating. But did you know that your thoughts can actually be a fruitful focus of meditation? Far from having to force them to stop, you can move towards greater peace and freedom in your life by exploring thoughts using mindfulness. In this class we’ll learn and practice meditation skills for working with the thinking mind.
Open to Oscar members only. Beginner and experienced meditators welcome!
